SmartLandlord is a comprehensive software solution designed for real estate investors and private landlords. Our platform offers twelve powerful modules to help you manage your property portfolio efficiently and make informed investment decisions. This help section will guide you through all features and functionalities.

Our modules include: Dashboard, Property Check, Location Valuation, Property Tax Calculator, Energy Consumption Calculator, Special Depreciation Checker, My Portfolio, Financing, Financial Dashboard, Statistics, Documents, Scenario Simulation, and Scenario Comparison. We also feature new UI enhancements like Statistics Cards and Action Cards.

Registration and login

Steps to register

1. Visit our registration page and provide your personal information including name, email, and contact details.
2. Verify your email address by clicking the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
3. Choose your subscription package (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise) with different property limits and payment options (monthly or annual).
4. Complete your subscription by entering payment details and optionally applying a voucher code for discounts.

After successful registration, you can log in using your email and password. If you forget your password, use the "Forgotten Password" link to reset it via email.

Our main navigation features a horizontal navbar with expanded dropdown menus for various modules including ImmoCheck, Portfolio, Location, Financing, and SmartPlan. You'll also find standalone links for settings and help. The interface is optimized for both desktop and mobile devices, with responsive design ensuring a seamless experience across all screen sizes.
