Who we are
SmartLandlord is an independent PropTech platform for intelligent real estate management, analysis, and valuation. Our goal is to bring transparency, efficiency, and fairness to a market often characterized by opacity and complex systems.
With state-of-the-art AI technology, clear product logic, and an uncompromisingly open philosophy, we offer a platform that takes real work off your hands – not just fulfilling marketing promises. Our system is aimed at both beginners with a single property and experienced investors with larger portfolios.
Corporate structure
SmartLandlord is managed by Smart Landlord Ltd. as a holding company. The operational business in the respective markets is handled by local companies. This structure enables us to ensure a consistent platform and product quality across all markets, while also optimally considering regional specifics, legal requirements, and market conditions.

Fairness
Every user receives the full range of features. Differences between plans arise solely from usage limits such as token volume, the number of stored objects, or reporting capacity. No one pays for features they don't need.
Transparency
We disclose all relevant structures: pricing, data usage, technical principles, and storage methods. You can always understand how the system works, what data is processed, and where it is located.
Substance instead of hype
SmartLandlord wasn't built for investors, but out of genuine need. The focus is on technical quality, long-term stability, and honest communication – no artificial growth, no empty promises.
Technological basis
The platform was developed entirely in Python and Django and uses a scalable cloud architecture. Our hosting servers are operated by Strato in Germany, while the database is located in Microsoft Azure Cloud, Region West Europe (Germany). All data is thus securely within the European Union, protected according to the high standards of the GDPR.
Security & Stability
All systems are designed for reliability and stability. Regular backups, encrypted data transfer, optional two-factor authentication (2FA), and continuous monitoring ensure maximum security.
SmartLandlord works closely at the interface of Artificial Intelligence and real estate economics: AI models perform analyses, evaluate locations, calculate returns, generate market forecasts, and create automatic PDF reports. This drastically reduces manual effort while increasing the informative value of the results.

SmartLandlord stands for a uniform functional model with flexible usage. All users receive the same platform – without restrictions or hidden features. Billing is based only on actual use: the number of properties, token usage, and generated reports.
Pricing model
Our pricing model includes four tiers: Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. Each tier differs solely in terms of usage volume, not in the scope of services. An annual plan is also available: 12 months of use for the price of 10 – clear, simple, and transparent.
Data protection & security
Data protection is an integral part of SmartLandlord. All data processing takes place exclusively within the European Union. Servers and databases are located in the Microsoft Azure Region West Europe (Germany) – protected according to the highest security standards.

Development & Future
SmartLandlord is in a constant development phase with a focus on stability, user feedback, and sustainable growth. Parallel to the German platform, structures for Austria (.at) and Switzerland (.ch) are currently being developed to ensure a consistent user experience across the DACH region.
